Have you ever felt distress when navigating Infinite Campus? ✋
Me too! 🙋♀️
I've learned Infinite Campus (IC) has built in help! 🤯
Did you know that if you click Community from the waffle within Campus that you have access to what is called Campus Community?
Yes, even YOU!!!
Click it, don't be scared!! Clicking will open another tab that will allow you to search any topic you can think of within IC.
Ad Hoc, Attendance, Behavior, etc.
Once you hit enter after inputting your topic, pages of help articles will load.
Click on the first topic under "knowledge base," another tab opens, find the topic you're looking for and your topic, and articles appear, complete with screenshots and step by step instructions.
And down the rabbit hole you go. You're welcome.
If that's not enough you can login to Campus Passport!!
Did you know that Campus Passport contains all kinds of courses and on demand video's to walk you through step by step on just about every IC task?
Did you know that it's also specifically geared to KY?!? Meaning all the courses with KY on them are specifically geared FOR US, as KY IC users??
If you didn't know any of this I encourage you to take a few minutes and set up your very own Campus Passport!
Anyone with an IC district user has access to this. You can enroll in courses and take them at your own pace.
It's a plethora of knowledge, literally at the click of a button.

If you have to stop in the middle of a course, it will automagically save your place for when you have time to get back to it.
