New security in Infinite Campus

As DCPS moves to secure your data and our student data, you will notice some changes to certain applications. IC will ask to verify your information when you log in for the first time on a device.  

If you received a different pop up, please enter your district email address and current IC password. If you had it set to save and don't remember it, your username should be firstname.lastname (not your email address) and your password may be your windows password unless you have changed it. Please let Jessica ([email protected]) or Monica ([email protected]) know and they'll be happy to rest your password for you. Then click save and next time you log in, you won't be asked.

As mentioned in the picture above, you will receive an email asking you to click the link to verify your email. 

After completing this process, users will receive an alert if there is a log-in on a new device. When there is a log-in on a new device the user will receive an alert/email, as seen below. The username information will be the username for your account.
