Powerwashing Your Chromebook

If you have one of the Chromebook models listed or see this colorful Chrome logo at the bottom of the screen, you have an actual Chromebook that can be powerwashed to fix many issues that your device might be having. 

Chromebook Models for DCPS

Powerwash Directions (Follow these if suggested by your school's STC or Comp Op Tech)

1. Sign out of your Chromebook completely.

2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.

3. Select Restart.

4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash Continue.

5. Follow the steps that appear

6. Once you've reset your Chromebook:

               -You'll be prompted to connect to your wireless.

               -You should see an Enterprise Enrollment login pop up. Use these credentials:

                           Email: [email protected]

                           Password: 12345678

You should now be able to login as yourself. You may want to restart the Chromebook once afterwards to make sure all policies are updated.
