Rebooting Your DCPS Phone

No matter which version of the Yealink phone you have at your desk, follow these steps to reboot your phone to resolve any technical issues you may be currently experiencing. 

       1. Select the Menu soft key or touch screen icon.

       2. Select Settings

       3. Select Basic Settings

       4. Select Reboot

       5. Select OK 

Your phone will take a few seconds to reboot and reconnect.
