What To Do If Your GoToConnect Phone Goes Down

It doesn't happen often, but if you notice your class phone suddenly says "No Service" follow these steps to utilize the GoTo App on your cellphone. 


As a reminder, all administrators with district-provided cell phones should have the GoTo phone app installed on their phones (others with personal cell phones are welcome to install it as well). With this app, among other features, you can quickly set it to receive calls from parents by adding your cell phone to the school's "call queue". 

 You can add or remove any device (EX. cell phone, desk phone, or even web-phone) to a call queue by dialing *13 and then the number of your building's call queue. For AHS, you would dial *1313999, for AES dial *1314999. Every school call queue is their school's VOIP extension prefix and then "999".
